WHAT HAPPENED!!!

The game is great but then yesterday Thursday January 8 2015 the game reset to the beginning and I lost everything that I had I was level 50 and had almost every car and all the tires and all of the paint jobs. So great game play but it reset to level 1 randomly so i hope that "playrise digital" reads this and resets me to what I had! Please please please
